KE creates a protected stage dedicated to catering on the Conero coastline

Project description:

Nestled between the blue of the Adriatic Sea and the green of the Conero Park is Numana, the Queen of the Conero: the small town founded by the Picenes, who made it an important trading centre of the ancient world, today holds many treasures: the crystal-clear sea, the nature of the park, the ancient traditions, good food and renowned wines. On the Numana coastline stands da Marino, a bathing establishment with restaurant and boutique hotel: a paradise of hospitality run by the Pincini family since 1958.

The owner, in the context of a total renovation of the restaurant, approached KE with the request for a project that would harmonies with the elegant and refined ambience, where traditional seafood dishes reinterpreted in a modern key are served. The care and dedication applied to the kitchen and the culinary offer can be found in the tailor-made proposal born from the synergic work of the KE PMO office and the KE Store Arredocasa: a customized project for the splendid terrace overlooking the sea.

For an awning that could simultaneously enhance the surrounding space, the view of the beach and the sea, and shelter from sun and weather, the choice fell on ISOLA 3, the pergola awning that perfectly combines elegance and design, flexibility and modularity. A choice that turned out to be a winner, considering the features that distinguish the KE model and that adapt well to various contexts. Three modules were installed, providing a generous total area of 130 square meters. The structure is totally enclosed on the perimeter with Cristal vertical drop curtains and two glass doors with fanlights. The choice of the colour RAL 9010 Opaque White ensures harmony with the present masonry structure and the shoreline. The project was realized in a very short time, demonstrating the synergy between the actors involved in this realization, capable of offering shade, brightness and ventilation at the same time.

With this recent realization KE confirms its role as a competent ally in the design and realization of new protected outdoor/indoor scenographies, at the service of hospitality and quality catering.
