Academy at the Humboldt Forum
Luminaires with distinctive, timeless design
A whole chapter of German history lies within the Berlin Palace. Home to the Humboldt Forum, it continues the intellectual legacy of Alexander and Wilhelm von Humboldt as a place where people and world cultures come together. Designed by Franco Stella, the Palace was rebuilt between 2013 and 2020 as an architectural interplay between past and present.
The Humboldt Academy is the centre and starting point for exploring the universal museum. It reflects the modern design of the interior. Generously proportioned, it invites the eye to wander and discover. The visual anchors of the Humboldt Academy are the striking Lucille T1 table luminaires and Grand Lucille S9 free-standing luminaires. Mobile in use, they create new accents again and again. The Lucille luminaire range is an excellent companion for places characterised by attentiveness and encounter. Whether for the right lighting in the home office, in the office or in public buildings, Lucille stands for high-tech in filigree form.
