Private Members’ Club in the fashion district
Designer interior lighting
A Private Members’ Club in the heart of Milan, in the famous “fashion district” where the most exclusive fashion and design mingle in exclusive boutiques and showrooms.
300 square metres of space has been artfully organised into small lounges and sitting rooms, set up with sofas, armchairs and coffee tables where private gatherings or business meetings can be organised, immersed in an atmosphere with a retro flavour and the guarantee of the utmost confidentiality and privacy.
The aim of the interior project, completed by Studio Christian Grande, was to confer a modern style to the environment without renouncing the features of yesteryear by which the space is distinguished.
Hence why the classic lines and geometries of the various rooms have been revitalised with the use of very bright and intense contrasting colours that recall a deco style, along with the inclusion of technological features that serve to organise 4.0 events and business meetings. One example? The mirrors on the walls that are able to project digital art in NFT form within videos and presentations.
Finally, to complete the style, the choice of prestigious materials such as the leather and velvet on the seating (with all furnishing elements having been designed by the same architectural firm) or the wallpaper that give the walls a touch of elegance.
Then there is the lighting project that pays attention to the smallest details and saw the choice of some of the Linea Light Group’s professional and decorative solutions.
Just like the interior restyling project, the illumination study was also particularly detailed and precise.
To emphasise the atmosphere of yesteryear within the rooms, Studio Christian Grande, in collaboration with Linea Light Group, has selected certain lighting solutions.
This includes a range with brass and gold finishes to guarantee not only marked and precise lighting that suits the functional working needs but also a diffused and homogeneous light that is adjustable and able to create lighting scenarios in accordance with the occasion.
The flush-mounted Epitax downlight with gold finish, for example, perfectly regulates the light intensity thanks to theWarm Tune™ technology.
Installed with two different powers and two different configurations, it is fully adjustable and is fixed semi-recessed, having been selected with a high colour rendering index to best emphasise the details.
To highlight the internal atmospheres of the various rooms, the Puccini decorative solutions in the suspension model have been installed above the tables, whilst the Birba has been fitted in both the ceiling and wall versions.
All have been chosen with a brass finish to confer to the environment a classic and elegant style, perfectly in line with the interior project.
Finally, to complete the interior lighting project, the versatile and flexible Ribbon Plus LED strip has been used for the cove ceiling lighting in conjunction with the Ink modular lighting system utilised horizontally to guarantee illuminating accents on the displayed works of art and for the various sitting areas in the two internal rooms.
Great attention has also been paid to the external lighting of the terraces.
Here, the diffused Cicada double-emission wall lamp recreates a well-lit yet soft environment, ideal for summer evenings.
