Macalloy Compression Struts

Macalloy’s architectural compression struts are used to help keep the upright column in place that supports a roof level sun shading screen. The adjustable compression struts are tied back to the main building in diagonals to provide bracing support. The levels of adjustment with the compression members allowed for small adjustment to be made on-site after installation.

Recently opened Center Parcs, Longford Forest, includes over 460 lodges and 30 apartments. It is the first Center Parcs to have been opened in Ireland. Macalloy Tension Bars in M36 and M48, along with connection discs and cross couplers, have been used as cross bracing to support the facade.
