For the renovation of the estate we have supplied our Cotto Rosato Toscano.

Nothing more typical of the use of this type of clay, made with deep Sienese clays, which give it a pink color, widely used in Southern Tuscany. Its light color makes it a valid alternative to the classic Florentine red terracotta, which is very popular in the construction of historic residences and palaces. In this case, the use of the Listello played a fundamental role, perfectly inserted in an environment made innovative by modern-style furnishings. The contrast created between the use of natural architectural materials and contemporary furnishing elements is therefore beautiful.

Stain protection is fundamental

It is natural to think that an accommodation facility may be subject to the action of stains and severe wear due to heavy foot traffic. But thanks to our Anti-Stain Treatment, made only after the floor has been laid, the terracotta is completely protected! The solvent-based beeswax treatment is ideal for those who want excellent protection. The action of the Beeswax, which acts deeply in the substrate and gives the surface smoothness, makes the entire floor easy and practical to clean.
