Pedrali back in Paris for Workspace Expo

The 100% Italian company renews its presence at the Parisian event

Pedrali confirms its second participation at Workspace Expo, taking place from 26 to 28 March 2024 in Paris. Europe's leading trade fair for the design, furnishing and projecting of workspaces, presenting itself as an opportunity to explore and learn about the evolution of these spaces.

Pedrali stand (Hall 1, L32 – N33) welcomes its visitors in a 110 sqm open space, defined by natural earth tones such as beige and sand. Through four macro areas, the company proposes its idea of workspace, following the current trends – a work environment where flexibility is presented as a need that impacts both spatial configuration and workflow.

A work environment that can be easily reconfigured according to needs, that focuses on the comfort of the people who use these spaces everyday, combining privacy and interaction – this is what is staged in the first setting featuring Buddyhub desk, by Busetti Garuti Redaelli. Furthermore, it has been measured that working in an ergonomic office leads to an increase in concentration and, consequently, performance. Polar task chair, by Jorge Pensi Design Studio, follows this trend by ensuring maximum customisation in terms of ergonomics.

Enhancing the functionality of the work areas is Arki-Stool – a barstool with seat in polyurethane foam.

Buddyhub by Busetti Garuti Redaelli can be used as a quiet, sound-proofed temporary workstation. It is created to meet the needs of open spaces typical of a contemporary working environment.

During the working day, meetings are crucial moments that can affect the quality of projects, providing opportunities for enrichment and comparison which take place in traditional meeting rooms or in more intimate areas such as the Buddyhub Box, suitable for an informal meeting, a phone booth or a break out area.

The two individual workstations, placed one in front of the other, are enhanced by the practicality of the Stylus table, which has a square base with rounded corners. Blume System, by Sebastian Herkener, completes the set. A furnishing that echoes the sophisticated flower-shaped profile in extruded aluminium of the collection with the same name.

Terracotta colour predominates in the second setting, the common thread running through an ideal meeting area featuring Frank table by Robin Rizzini and Héra armchair by Patrick Jouin. Frank, a table inspired by architectural shapes and industrial materials, is presented at Workspace Expo with the cable access for electrification. Frank is framed by the Héra armchairs by Patrick Jouin, available in ash or American walnut that embodies the concept of lightness, fusing it with comfort.

Ypsilon Connect, by Jorge Pensi Design Studio, can create ever new layouts and consequently manage spaces more effectively, to create welcoming office spaces or functional training and meeting rooms.

To promote social interaction, the demand for breakout areas has grown, providing space for relax or breaks with colleagues. An area for dialogue takes place around Blume table by Sebastian Herkner framed by Jazz seatings find their natural home in the new version with an ash plywood backrest and upholstered seat; or in the new version with armrests defined by upholstered seat and backrest. Also featured is Babila XL by Odo Fioravanti, on this occasion the shell features the new powder colour, with tubular steel and solid ash wood legs.

The evolution of the workspace is also conquering open spaces. Following this inspiration, the fourth and final setting comes to life through Nolita Sofa, by CMP Design, an outdoor sofa, featuring simple and iconic shapes, designed to enjoy moments of conviviality and relax in the open air. The lightness and versatility of the Circuit tables enrich the setting.

Hevea - also in the partition version - by Victoria Azadinho Bocconi, a versatile furnishing element that brings nature indoors, finds its space within the booth. The iconic wireless rechargeable Giravolta lamps by Basaglia Rota Nodari, in the new touch version with three different light intensities, find their natural place in the scene.
