A BRIGHT PENTHOUSE IN THE CENTER OF SAINT PETERSBURG

A luxurious Penthouse overlooking the historic center of St. Petersburg, so bright and elegant that the descendants of the Tsars, we are sure, would love to live here.

For this project, the designer's idea was to combine a modern and elegant taste with precious details, which would marry the old-fashioned stuccoes of the original walls of this building.

The marbles chosen by the designer therefore go in this direction: to give elegance, modernity and brightness to the rooms, making them exclusive and welcoming at the same time.

The main hall overlooks a splendid terrace from which St. Petersburg is visible.

Inside, the large window makes the Crema Marfil, chosen for the floor, even brighter, here decorated with a waterjet cut inlay featuring Nero Maquina and Giallo Antico, made with craftsmanship combined with the cutting precision of a highly innovative machinery.

With a whiteness that seems to recall the snow of winters in the city, the kitchen is also very bright: the Bianco Sivec marble of the tops makes it even more radiant, while the floor is consistent with the style of the living room from which you enter.

Modern, luxurious and with a princely touch, the bathroom is the room we are most proud of in this project: here we find Palissandro, a marble that comes from the Dolomites, with its wonderful hazelnut and blue shades. A marble of which there is only one quarry in Italy, but with infinite variations of veins that make it unique and with a truly splendid yield whatever the use. In the past, in fact, it was also used for the Arco della Pace in Milan and for the Cathedral of Pavia. Here we find it on the walls, with Palissandro Reale and Palissandro Classico with an open book design, and in the top and floor with Palissandro Bronzetto. The large mirror adds movement and plays with the splendid veins of the marble used.
