Safety Tiles with a new surface design
The coarse elastic elements that can reach up to several centime-tres large and which make up the surface of the tiles, meander and ripple into irregular patterns. They give the areas in which the tiles are laid an organic and colourful look, which clearly differs from the chess board-style structured surfaces of traditional floors or Safety Tiles. Playgrounds can thereby offer reliable fall protection while remaining visually akin to natural ground or loose surfaces. Moreo-ver, the ground surface in any area can be designed in an original style with coloured tiles. The softness of the tiles creates a pleasant feeling for walking.
The new Regupol Safety Tiles FXM have a maximum fall height of up to 1.50m, and are made in the same tried-and-tested dual layered design as most Regupol Tiles. They are composed of a 10mm thick usage layer, made of dyed-through EPDM, and a basic elastic fall protection layer. The total thickness of the tiles is 50mm.
