To be able to extract the most complex flavors from the coffee, the Micro Sieve is made up of 15,000 holes of 170 microns, compared to around 600 holes of 350 microns for a standard filter. This deeper extraction yields the quintessence of the coffee, for a richer and more satisfying experience.
A poorly washed filter clogged with residue can impede the flow of water and therefore cause under-extraction of the coffee, which will result in a weak and acidic taste in the espresso. This can often happen during peak hours when we have little time to properly clean the filter of our machine. The Micro Sieve makes this task easier: its unique design allows you to obtain a coffee with deeper aromas, while reducing the residue of grounds in the strainer thanks to its compact cake. Washing is therefore easier and faster, making the Micro Sieve a smart and practical choice for restaurateurs.
