A New Presence in Saudi Arabia and in the US
Riverclack® strives for two of the most dynamic markets worldwide
The acquisition of the company on behalf of Clessidra Capital Credit SGR kickstarted an energetic reboot, which consisted in mindful strategic actions in accordance with the industrial plan, along with a substantial recovery of turnover and margins, followed by debt reduction.
«We managed to get to the end of 2024 with a revenue of 20 million euros. 2025 already started with a 19 million surge, we predict to reach 28 million by the end of the year» explains Paolo Zanoni, CEO.
Riverclack® is further expanding its range through two strategic moves: Riverclack® Saudi for the middle eastern market and the imminent opening of Riverclack® USA, the result of collaborations with Preserve Life and the famous architect Kengo Kuma.
This expansion not only allows Riverclack® to be present in two of the most dynamic markets in the world, but it also represents an opportunity to export the Italian expertise and apply it on an international scale. One of the most iconic projects of 2025 is The Wave, a massive eco-friendly 180 million worth structure, solely powered by renewable sources.
Thanks to a state-of-the-art roofing system carpeted with 11.000sqm of PV panels, the structure will reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 500 tonnes every year, establishing new standards for sustainable architecture. It’s a 9 million bet for Iscom.
The planned Palazzo delle Scintille restyling is yet another significant project Riverclack® is involved with. A historical Milanese building that will become a modern stadium for events and concerts. The renovation of this iconic structure reaffirms the crucial role of Riverclack® in the preservation of architectural heritage via advanced technology. In this context, the employment of Riverclack® not only ensures resistance and durability, but it integrates perfectly with the original building as well, respecting its history and identity.
Outside of national borders - in the United States - Riverclack® will be employed in yet another ambitious structure: the Nutrition Center, a project led by Kengu Kuma. This involvement reaffirms once again the flexibility of our system, which can also be utilized on contemporary structures while responding to the needs of an ever-evolving market that is increasingly oriented towards sustainability. The Nutrition Center is an example of how crucial roofing technology can be in the development of eco-friendly structures, contributing to the reduction of energy consumption and the optimization of natural resources.
