In spite of its name, referring to the most luxurious district of Monaco, the hotel is actually located 500 meters from the border with the principality. Built in 1929, the Monte Carlo Beach is one of the most prestigious luxury hotel of the Société des Bains de Mer de Monaco. The architectural complex was originally designed by the famous architect Roger Seassal, Prix de Rome in 1913 (he also created the Villa Capponcina & the Centre Universitaire Mediterranéen), the palace is inspired by Floridan palaces and revives a new form of prestige, a summer resort along the Larvotto beach.
Completely redesigned in 2009 by the French architect and designer India Mahdavi, of Iranian-Egyptian origin, the hotel leaped into a captivating modernity. A residence inspired by the glamor of the Roaring Twenties, the hotel has made its mark among the great Palaces of the Mediterranean coast, combining with great delicacy elegance, warmth and luxury. The Hotel comes with three restaurants and a spa as well as a club "Le Sea Lounge".
