Why don't you buy a Food Truck

We started a new facet in our company: the production of "Food Truck".

If we talk about making a living to earn an income, we mean "Food Truck". In order to situate ourselves we would have to define the term: "van adapted for the sale of food on the road", from this point onwards it is a question of choosing the product to be commercialised and customising the vehicle with vinyls that will dress and give a "vintage" image to the truck.

A "Food Truck" is a vehicle adapted for cooking and dispensing tasty culinary delicacies ranging from classic hot dogs and hamburgers to tasty seafood tapas or Italian delicacies. But not all that glitters is gold, after choosing the appropriate product and having a clear idea of the market niche to be addressed, there is the economic part that depending on the purchasing power can range from 11,000 euros (vat not included) of a "Food Truck kiosk" so named because it is transported and left fixed in one place for an agreed time, or "Food Truck trailer" that as its name suggests, is moved by vehicle to short term events. This last one is made entirely with all the exterior accessories, cabin, lights, wheels, mirrors... its cost is around 20,000 ? (VAT not included)

HOW TO MAKE A FOOD TRUCK?

There are 2 ways to make this type of fast food vehicle:

Food Truck "kiosk

* The first is by restoring old vehicles, whether they are roll-overs, old vans or even trucks. This method has a few disadvantages: the vehicle is never completely repaired and in a short time the rust of the sheet metal appears. Another disadvantage is the homologation of the vehicle, since the quality control of an old carriage never reaches the desired level.

* The second and more important option is to manufacture the vehicle from scratch, that is to say, to prepare a prototype with the corresponding models to manufacture in series the 2 copies expressed previously.

FITTING OUT A FOOD TRUCK

Once the vehicle has been designed on the outside, we move on to the interior needs, which will be different in each case. We start with the electrical installation and ventilation, for which a technician is needed to certify the perfect installation. The machinery to be used inside is recommended to be made of stainless steel for durability, resistance and cleanliness.
