At the A1 Business Park in Deventer, the Porsche Service Factory is being realized, featuring a 1,905 m² workshop, 2,520 m² storage area, and 347 m² of office space. Following successful collaboration on Porsche Centrum Twente in 2021, Bouwbedrijf Aan de Stegge Twello B.V. again chose a Staka solution.
Staka supplied an impressive TOP249 ThermoTop roof access hatch—measuring 2,400 × 900 mm—complete with a fixed ladder. This hatch provides seamless and secure roof access during both construction and maintenance. Its thermally broken construction (U = 0.21 W/m²K), KOMO & TÜV certifications, RVS (AISI 304) build, and TÜV-certified gas springs enhance its performance and reliability.
