A PROJECT WITH FASCINATING SPECIAL EFFECTS

The renovation of a fascinating historic cinema in Treviso turns it into an elaborate home featuring a series of expertly designed details and highly personalised solutions.

This turnkey interior design project by architect Andrea Laudini, carried out in Treviso by TM Italia, showcases the company's ability to work on complex projects with custom-made furniture, special finishes and details featuring the highest quality craftsmanship.

THE DRAMATIC PURITY OF BLACK AND WHITE FOR THE KITCHEN

The black and white kitchen combines the minimalism of the Rua kitchen doors in white ash on a black background, with the tremendous dramatic presence of Dalmanta Antolini marble and its unusual wave patterns. The composition is angular with a central island. The Rua model is used for the full-height doors on both sides. Dalmanta Antolini Marble, with a white background and a large black vein with a wave pattern, was used to cover both the panels of the one-piece unit and the backrest of one of the work areas. The worktop of the unit housing the hob and the work area with assembled basin are in 30 mm Quartz Silestone Negro Tebas. The second work area is fitted with retractable doors and a removable stainless-steel top. The composition includes a recessed door, giving access to other rooms, created in continuity with the columns. The design is completed by a custom-made table with a pure white lacquered steel frame and quartz top.

DIFFERENT SOLUTIONS FOR EACH ENVIRONMENT

The living area is furnished with a model-D90 bookcase in a stained oak sample, 80 mm shelves and a six-door cabinet with push-and-pull opening. The backrests are removable for access to technical panels. The furniture is in continuity with the wood panelling, which perfectly frames the entrance door.

MOVIE-LIKE SURPRISING SOLUTIONS

The backlit marble living room wall is fitted with a platform in a stained oak sample with a special varnish to reinforce the surface. The platform incorporates a 77-inch monitor and is operated with an electro-assisted, remotely controlled tilting system. The made-to-measure furniture continues in the technical areas of the home with the woodwork in the corridors, on which the doors to the rooms are built, the shoe cupboard that disappears into the oak woodwork, and the imposing suspended bookcase above the stairwell.

On the first floor, the guest room is decorated in Blu Colomba matt lacquer, the laundry room in matt White lacquer. In addition, the gym bathroom is furnished in antique bronze and backlit stone.

The master bedroom with en suite bathroom, T45 Evo suspended furniture and double sink, and an important walk-in closet model D90 comes with equipped shelves and drawers. There are spectacle holders, trouser hangers and pull-out hangers. The entire interior is matt lacquered Quartz Grey.

The sleeping area has three more rooms in different colour moods. Blackish Grey and Anthracite Black, Capri Blue and Sepia Brown. Each part of the sleeping area reflects an individual character and identity. Wardrobes, bedside tables, desks, wall units and integrated doors have been created.
