For the renovation of the second floor of the Gran Casa shopping mall, Atena S.p.A. supplied an innovative Baffle ceiling system with an outstanding aesthetic. To cover six different areas, the company produced more than 16,000 linear metres 30×100 mm aluminium Baffle with a wood effect finissage.
Atena also developed specific technical solutions that responded in detail to the designers’ requirements, guaranteeing functionality and elegance in the renovated spaces. Atena metal baffle are designed to create a serpentine arrangement, playing with the different lengths of the elements that make up the system. The result is dynamic and vibrant, perfect for framing the second floor foyer.
In the restaurant areas Atena Baffles stand out for the continuity of the false ceiling to the vertical covering. This result has been achieved conceiving special wavy joints and calandered bearing profiles to follow the sinuous shape of the veil: nice mood for new life of Gran Casa second floor.
