A professional S700 kitchen was prepared on the stage (compact without compromise, to remain within the theme) that Berto''s recently rolled out to the market, and is and addition to the company''s more recent line-up of the Lx900Top flagship model. A professional, agile cooker – just 700 mm deep – ergonomic, strong, state of the art technology. As transport can only reach the Scuola Grande San Giovanni by water along the canals, for obvious reasons, the decision to install the S700 in Gusto in Scena seemed perfectly in line with the philosophy of the two days in Venice.
