CLS LED

Lichtpunt Theatertechniek has realised the display/diorama lighting in the Airborne Museum in Arhnem, The Netherlands with CLS Florence. The CLS Florence series consists of loose modules with Cree LEDs and various housings. This enables various combinations and makes the lighting possibilities enormous. The Florence modules can rotate 350º which makes this armature highly suitable for illuminating objects.

The Florence cold white is used as backlight and the Florence warm white as front light to create depth within a relatively short distance. The Airborne Museum not only chose LED lighting because of its energy-friendly characteristics, but also because of its low warmth dispersion and non-present ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) radiation. This ensures a better preservation of the vulnerable displayed materials.
