Project description:

Hotel Schönblick is a prestigious hotel surrounded by greenery, right in the middle of the suggestive Carinthian mountains landscape, at Velden am Wörthersee. They needed to replace the outdated covering in their outdoor spaces.

The Gennius VEGA model was chosen; it is one of the top products in KE’s Gennius range, characterised by elegant, modern lines, adaptable to different situations thanks to its highly-customizable possibilities.

The structure is totally motorized and produced in RAL inver black colour; the covering cloth is white. Thus, the panoramic terrace is sheltered – considering that it is also used as a restaurant – and can be used both opened, in order to enjoy good weather freely, and closed, perfect for using those spaces also on rainy days. This is possible thanks to Vega’s side drop awnings, with the Gennius Vertika system.

The structure is completed by the installation of internal strip LEDs and double dimmable strip LEDs on the outer sides. The external light adds value to its appealing look, the internal light allows its usage also in the evening.

Gennius VEGA

Aluminium awning structure with retractable packaging awning, made up of a cloth (which is tensioned when opened) fixed to a system with crossbar profiles, trolleys and guides; the system allows a horizontal sliding. Wind resistance certified up to class 6 according to UNI EN 13561. Upon request, it is possible to install the anti-drop system in order to get shelter from rain.
