Project description:

Camping Village Mediterraneo is a modern 5-star accommodation facility located in the small peninsula of Cavallino-Treporti, in the greenest and most luxuriant area of the Venice lagoon. Not the classic campsite, but a resort with multiple types of luxury accommodation such as chalets and glamping homes, in order to satisfy the most demanding customers.

MMP Architetti studio - commissioned by the Mediterraneo camping property - contacted the PMO Office at KE – a team of architects and engineers in charge of large hospitality projects - requesting a solution capable of creating a covered area for the two restaurant areas, the ice cream area and the pool frontside.

For the two restaurants and the ice cream parlour, Kedry Prime bioclimatic pergola was chosen, which thanks to its modularity made it possible to create a sartorial project with a strong aesthetic impact. A large area was covered with 32 Kedry modules, involving KE Technical Office in the design phase.

The adjustable louvered roof of Kedry Prime bioclimatic pergolas can be oriented to ensure adequate ventilation, or closed to ensure shelter even in the event of rain.

The pergolas are equipped with perimetral Vertika rollers in Cristal with a PVC fabric lowering. The range of fabrics (transparent, filtering and darkening) allows to have the desired level of shielding; once closed, the Vertika Gennius awning disappears completely inside the structure.

Maximum comfort for guests is also guaranteed by perfect automation: the app for smartphones and tablets allows perfect management even remotely, allowing you to define the time and methods of opening and closing the awning.

In the area facing the pool, 5 modules of Isola 3 pergola awning have been installed, featuring the characteristic shape of the low-arched roof, which reduces the overall height to better integrate with the surrounding scenario.

The colour of the structures is Terra 611, a non-standard RAL that has been identified as a colour match to the furnishings of the glamping.

KE is able to provide customized and versatile solutions for the outdoors, suitable for all commercial and hospitality spaces such as hotels, restaurants, bars or marinas. The guarantee of a product engineered and produced entirely in Italy, which can be customized and tailored by the company's internal technical department.

Technical details:

KEDRY PRIME bioclimatic pergola

Modular aluminium shading structure with adjustable blade roof fixed on a perimeter supporting beam profile that allows it to rotate up to a maximum of 135° thanks to the inclusion of tubular motors, and perimeter gutters that allow the water to drain.

The maximum dimensions allowed are 500x705 cm with column height 300 cm and coverage surface 35.25 squared meters for each module.

Modularity is unlimited on all sides. The profiles are in extruded aluminium alloy EN AW-6060 (with 16x23 cm guides and 16x16 cm columns). Self-supporting or leaning versions are available, which are fixed to the wall by means of stainless-steel brackets and screws. The parts affected by painting are painted with epoxy powders based on polyester resin.

The standard colours are White RAL 9010, White RAL 9010 matt, Black Inver, Gray RAL 7016 and Rust.

Among the options provided there are other colours as specified in the samples and the possibility of lighting, both internal on the blades and perimeter, and external on the supporting beam, through the installation of LED strips. In addition, the inclusion of light sensors, rain sensors and anemometers with the possibility of remote management through connection devices that make it integrable with home automation is provided.

It is possible to provide for the installation of perimeter drop curtains, drapes and windows.

Wind resistance is guaranteed up to class 6 (EN 13561: 2015).

The product has the CE marking according to EN 13561: 2015.

ISOLA 3 pergola awning with flat folding roof

Modular shading structure in aluminium with folding roof. The fabric, which is stretched at maximum opening, is fixed on arched crosspieces and slides horizontally by means of trolleys on guides thanks to the insertion of tubular motors.

The maximum dimensions allowed are 550x1000 cm with column height 300 cm and coverage area 55 squared meters for each module.

The profiles are in extruded aluminium alloy EN AW-6060 (with 16x23 cm guides and 16x16 cm columns). Each module is motorized separately. Self-supporting or leaning versions are available which are fastened to the wall by means of steel brackets and screws. The painting of the interested parts is carried out with epoxy powders based on polyester resin.

The standard colours are White RAL 9010, White RAL 9010 matt, Black Inver, Gray RAL 7016 and Rust.

The standard fabrics are Précontraint 602 and 602 Blackout.

Among the options provided there are other colours as specified in the samples, other fabrics from the samples, and the possibility of lighting both internal on calendered arches and perimeter, and external on the supporting beam, through the installation of LED strips. In addition, the inclusion of light sensors, rain sensors and anemometers with the possibility of remote management through connection devices that make it integrable with home automation is provided.

It is possible to provide for the installation of perimeter drop curtains, drapes and windows.
