Project Description:

We are surrounded by the lush green hills of northern Puglia, more precisely in Peschici, Apulia, famous for its jagged coasts and crystal-clear sea.

The Valle Clavia Hotel is located at the gates of the city called Gargano. The property offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a breathtaking view from both inside the rooms as well as from the rooftop restaurant.

A 25-meter-long outdoor terrace is a space that can make any moment special, from the first light of dawn to the warm tones of sunset, protected by panoramic glass balustrades.

The KE retail store Pezzano Porte Italia executed the entire project of restyling the hotel exteriors beautifully, with outstanding quality and accuracy. The work was completed smoothly and on schedule.

The raised ground floor and the first floor of the Hotel Valle Clavia were built with a "terrace" (or "tiered") design, making it possible to install a KE A100 retractable, motorized pergola awning for every room. This provided an innovative and functional solution that allows each guest to adjust their shade precisely to their liking.

For the rooftop restaurant, the designer chose the KE ISOLA 3 pergola, whose large dimensions provide ample shade for the entire length of the hotel terrace.

A color LED lighting system was installed along the perimeter of all the ISOLA 3 pergolas to create an attractive and fun evening atmosphere, highlighting their elegant profiles.

Technical features:

Gennius A100 pergola awning with folding fabric

A retractable roof solar shade with waterproof fabric attached to movable crosspieces by means of trolleys and guides. Maximum dimensions are 1300 x 500 cm with a column height of 260 cm and a maximum coverage area of 65 square meters.

Standard colors are RAL 9010 White, RAL 1013 Off White, RAL 8014 Classic Matte Brown and Rough Carbon. The standard fabrics are Serge Ferrari Précontraint 602 and 602 blackout. Custom colors are available.

Additional accessories include LED lighting on the crossbeams, light and wind sensors and remote management through wireless Home Automation devices. End gables can be added as well as drop screens on all sides. For A100 Lux only, options include fixed gutter or mobile downspout. Side enclosure options include screens, curtains and glass walls.

Wind resistance up to class 6 (EN 13561: 2015).

GTOT solar shading class (EN 14501: 2006) assigned to the fabric.

The product has the CE marking (EN 13561: 2015).

ISOLA 3 pergola with retractable roof

Modular, aluminum shading structure with retractable roof. Arched crosspieces direct rainwater into concealed gutters, allowing the pergola structure to be installed level – no slope is required. All motors are concealed inside the aluminum profiles. Maximum dimensions are 550 x 1000 cm with a column height of 300 cm and a maximum coverage area of 55 m2 per module. Individual modules can be installed directly adjacent to each other, allowing for an unlimited amount of total coverage area with a minimum number of vertical supports.

The profiles are made from extruded aluminum alloy EN AW-6060 (with 16 x 23 cm guides and 16x16 cm columns). Each module is individually motorized. Available as free-standing or wall-mounted models, which are fixed to the wall by means of steel brackets and screws. All aluminum parts are powder coated with epoxy powders in a polyester resin base.
