Project Description:

A breathtaking, panoramic terrace offering spectacular views of Marbella, pearl of the Costa del Sol: a view enhanced by the essential design and refined profile of KE products.

Just a stone's throw from the beach, surrounded by the characteristic Iberian landscape, stands the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina: the renowned course, inaugurated in 1959, boasts an illustrious history that tells of important challenges and national-level championships played on its grounds. Located in San Pedro de Alcantara, one of Marbella's most picturesque areas, the club offers a unique playing experience, enhanced by a landscape setting of rare beauty and the comfort and relaxation typical of a luxurious sports facility, where you can enjoy precious moments of sport and conviviality.

How to make the most of such a distinctive location? The Property approached KE with the need to create a comfortable and stable cover for the terrace overlooking the green meeting place for members and guests. The need for protection was combined with the request to ensure the possibility of enjoying the sun and the surrounding view.

The construction also had to be in line with the architecture of the club and integrate seamlessly into the context, with guaranteed thermal comfort and better use of the terrace space, all in a solution that is both versatile and elegant. Among the essential constraints: the absence of central columns in the roof, a real plus capable of creating a unique environment and a seamless space even to the eye.

KE, in collaboration with ùreseller Cerramientos Tejero, perfected a tailor-made project successfully achieving all the objectives set. To meet all design requirements, the choice fell on the Isola 3 pergola awning: a complete solar shading system that perfectly combines elegance and design, flexibility and modularity. A choice that proved to be a winner, considering the features that distinguish the KE model and that are well suited to the context of the Malaga golf course.

Isola 3's techno-fabric roof, in fact, provides greater solar shading, less condensation and a clear feeling of thermal comfort. A roof, which also allows for greater dimensions in terms of projection, has become an essential element in a project where there should be no intermediate columns in the more than 7.5 meters of length.

These are all perfect peculiarities for the terrace of the Real Club de Golf Guadalmina, also enhanced by the choice of the opaque white color, in chromatic union with the building and the context. A project enhanced by the interior perimeter lighting with LED strips and Flexilight fabric for the ceiling.

With this new realization in southern Spain, just a few steps from the beautiful beaches of Marbella, KE once again confirms its expertise and "puts in the field" skills, quality and rigor by suggesting tailor-made design solutions dedicated to ho.re.ca. and residential clients.
