Villa Leandra is located in Serra de 'Conti, a few kilometers from Jesi and Ancona; It is a modern and efficient facility that can accommodate up to 70 self-sufficient guests and is not one of the most renowned of its kind throughout the area.

The residence is the result of the renovation and enlargement of a villa with garden and offers access to a large flowered park with tall trees and a view of the Marche hills.

For this purpose, about 1500 square meters of Solaio Plastbau Metal, 1500 square meters of Wall Plastbau3 and over 800 square meters of Partition Wall Plastbau have been used. Thanks to the versatility of the Plastbau system, this choice has greatly reduced construction times.

The use of the Plastbau products of Poliespanso has also ensured the building to become totally anti-seismic and insulated from both the thermal and acoustic point of view, thus providing guests with comfortable living and security.
