Each type of milk drink requires a particular milk frothing technique, which can sometimes be difficult to perform depending on various factors.

For most professional coffee machines, it is essential to follow a whole protocol to have perfect milk foam: it is essential to have cold milk refrigerated before use, and to heat it between 60 and 70 °C so as not to curdle it. It must then be frothed until it reaches the desired consistency for the type of drink. Constraints that do not allow you to accomplish several things at the same time, and require barista training.

In addition, the probe incorporated in this tool measures in real time the optimum temperature for the preparation of the desired drink. It is no longer necessary to stay in front of the machine to watch that the milk does not curdle and that the foam is ideal for your cappuccino, macchiato or coffee latte. Just press the button, and you can chat with your customer while the foam is self-made. Your milk froth will always be perfect, and creating stunning latte art designs will be that much easier to impress your consumers.

Likewise, it is designed to create large quantities of foam, and each time in record time: for 200 mL of milk at 4°C, the LATTE ART nozzle will only take 30 seconds to rise to a temperature of 64° C and produce the ideal milk froth for a cappuccino. Do not worry about having a coffee machine that will not be able to keep up with your pace, our machines equipped with our LATTE ART steam lances will always be effective, even in the most intense moments.

For 1 group machines, it is imperative to make a choice between our professional steam wand or the classic one.

The LATTE ART is available on our 2 and 3 group machines, where several choices are then available to you: it is possible to associate it with a classic steam lance, to have a double LATTE ART, or to have two classic steam wands.

Each LATTE ART system has 4 different and configurable programs according to your desires: you have the freedom to set the temperature at which you want your milk, and the percentage of air produced by the nozzle which will influence the density, the texture of the foam and the amount of bubbles. One more point that allows you to adapt to everyone's tastes and to the drinks made.
