Staka Thermally Insulated Roof Hatches with Ladders and Scissor Stair

For the sustainable residential development Wisselspoor in Utrecht, the Netherlands, Staka supplied a complete set of roof access hatches. The ThermoTop hatches (models TOP147 and TOP99) were installed in combination with either extension ladders or a scissor stair, ensuring both safe access and optimal use of interior space.

Staka's roof hatches are known for their excellent insulation (U= 0.21 W/m²K) and high-quality stainless steel construction. The hatches are KOMO and TÜV certified and equipped with gas springs for smooth, safe operation.

The extension ladder solution offers flexible access up to 9.4 meters and is ideal for practical applications, while the scissor stair is a space-saving alternative for rooms with limited ceiling height.
