Tecnover named "Historic Business of Lombardy": 40 years of airless sprayers

The Lombardy Regional Government has recognised the professional airless pump manufacturer from Muggiò (Monza e Brianza, Italy) as a historic business: 40+ years of continuous activity and Made in Italy exports worldwide.

Tecnover, the Italian manufacturer of professional airless paint sprayers, has been included by the Lombardy Regional Government in the official register of Historic Businesses, a recognition reserved for companies operating continuously for at least forty years. The award ceremony took place on 27 November 2025 at the Egidio Ghezzi Auditorium in Monza, honouring 61 businesses from the Monza e Brianza province.

Founded in 1984 by Francesco Ricotti and Lorenza Cera, the company has grown from an artisan workshop into a reference brand in spray painting technology, still operating from its original headquarters in Muggiò, near Milan, with production, warehouse and showroom. Since 2004 the second generation, Stefano and Massimo Ricotti, has led the family business with a focus on quality, safety, durability and innovation.

Designed and manufactured entirely in Italy, Tecnover airless pumps are the result of a production process focused on every detail: selected materials, state-of-the-art machining technologies and rigorous testing ensure high performance, ease of use and long-term reliability.
