Airless Revolver and Airless Fan Revolver: turn the fan pattern 90° at the touch of a finge
TECNOVER's patented spray gun, or the add-on that brings the same mechanism to the airless gun you already own
Anyone spraying walls and ceilings with an airless paint sprayer keeps switching the fan orientation: vertical along a wall, horizontal near the ceiling, vertical again into the corners. With a conventional gun, every switch means stopping, loosening the tip guard, turning it and tightening it again, or carrying on with your wrist twisted out of its natural position. Repeat that dozens of times a day and your wrists and shoulders feel it by the evening.
On the Airless Revolver the rotation is built into the gun. The fan pattern turns 90° with a detent at the touch of a finger, and a patented poly-magnet system stops the collar precisely in the only two positions you need, vertical and horizontal. No tools, nothing to take apart, and the inside gets cleaned during the sprayer's normal flush. The gun comes in four versions: a European 11/16" or American 7/8" thread for the tip guard base, each with a 1/4" or 16x1.5 hose fitting.
To upgrade the gun you already use, there's the Airless Fan Revolver: an add-on that brings the same magnetic mechanism to most airless guns on the market, gun extensions included. The body is aluminium and glass-filled nylon, it handles both waterborne and solvent-based paints, and it fits easily by hand with no special tools. One honest caveat: it isn't compatible with every type of trigger, and in some cases a small modification may be needed.
The Fan Revolver is also chosen by thread, European or American. To find out which one your gun has, measure it on the outside: an 11/16" thread is about 17 mm across, a 7/8" thread about 22 mm. Both the gun and the add-on work with any tip and any sprayable material, so you pick the tip for the job just as you always have. If in doubt, TECNOVER is happy to help customers choose the right version.
The Airless Revolver and the Airless Fan Revolver are designed and made by TECNOVER in Muggiò, near Milan, where the company has been building spray painting equipment since 1984.
