Giardini di Quinto in Genoa upgraded with concrete street furniture

Nestled between the sea and the Mount Moro, Quinto al Mare is a residential district in Genoa that owes its name to its location on the ancient Via Aurelia of the Roman era.

Here, in the heart of the Quinto, people love coming to the Piazzale Rusca – a historic garden overlooking the sea, where, after a long reconstruction work including several interventions on pavements, lighting, green spaces and playground equipment, Calzolari’s concrete benches were added as a final touch. To meet the needs of the local community, the city council opted for the Lithos collection: simple yet solid concrete benches with and without FSC® certified exotic wood top. Featuring custom seating design, the benches were also equipped with a leveling system consisting of adjustable supports, perfect to cope with any unevenness of the ground.
